Security:

Unless encrypted communications over the Internet, such as emails/webmails which are not secure, TCW application which processes personal data is fully encrypted. The data is hosted on Microsoft Azure secure cloud storage. This has 24 hour monitored physical security and is also encrypted via our propriety software code, DDos defence and hosted in the EU to adhere to ICO data protection rules. Client data always belongs our clients, we do not charge cancellation fees to retrieve client data.

Despite the encryption described above, your communications may route through a number of countries before being delivered – this is the nature of the internet – TCW is therefore unable to guarantee the security of any information you transmit to or via our website.

Visitor Identification:

When someone visits www.TCWin.co.uk we may use various technologies to collect and store information when you visit our website, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to analyse trends find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive, if your browser system permits it. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual.
