Here’s to the crazy ones…

Pure creativity or innovation comes from people who think differently, see differently, feel differently and act differently. They don’t fit in the square holes and more importantly, they don’t see why they should.

 

Too many industries and organisations are happy to plateau, they are comfortable in their own ways of doing things as it suits them financially, for their status or even simply as its easier to stay the same. So, of course, they don’t want to be challenged, they don’t want others to call them out or try to push the boundaries – “we are happy as we are!” in their own comfort zone.

 

But step out and see the bigger picture, the people who are trying to raise the bar and challenge the status quo are the ones who can make a difference and who want to see changes for the better. 

 

To listen and see things from another’s vantage point is not a sign of weakness. 

 

To admit when things can be changed for the better is a sign of strength.
